Important notes
💪 Physical level required Mountain skiing and splitboarding are activities that require good overall physical preparation, both cardiovascular and muscular. The demands may vary depending on the terrain, snow conditions, and the duration of the day, but it is important to have an adequate base to fully enjoy the experience. Additionally, it is essential that the participant has a good level of descent in skiing or snowboarding, as the descents are adapted to the terrain selected by the guide. 🏔️ Physical requirements For good performance during the activity, it is recommended: Cardiovascular endurance: Ability to sustain prolonged efforts during ascents, combined with moments of higher intensity. Muscular strength: Strong legs for ascents (exercises like squats and lunges are ideal) and an active core that provides stability and balance (planks, sit-ups). Balance and coordination: Fundamental for moving in variable terrain. Activities like yoga or pilates help improve these aspects. Flexibility: Important to prevent injuries and improve mobility. Regular stretching is recommended. 🎿 Technical level required A minimum level of descent is required: Ability to ski down all slopes of a ski resort continuously and in control Adaptability to different types of snow and slopes
